As the lead vocalist of Northboundtrio and Fingerfunkparty, Fareez has performed at numerous high-profile events, including the Ignite Music Festival, Gardens by the Bay, and Esplanade.
His radio singles such as “Tipu”, “November Itu”, “Selamat Tinggal Sayang”, “Dopamine”, and “Chamomile” have received extensive airplay on Ria 89.7fm and 98.7fm.
In 2018, Fareez was awarded the Noise Music Mentorship Program and also received a National Arts Council (NAC) Grant, recognising his contribution to the local music scene.
Fareez represented Singapore at the BrisAsia Music Festival 2019, sharing the stage with artists from around the region. He was also a finalist in The Great Singapore Replay Season 2, organised by Temasek Holdings.
